I hope the ETA you mention is correct, I've asked Authorize.net many times about a recurring billing API and they always, quite politely, remind me just do it manually and to assure my customers their payments are secure with Authorize.net.

I don't believe you can sign up to be a beta tester. We were chosen because we are certified Authorize.Net developers. Coincidentally we had just had a discussion with the developer team about their recurring billing API, actually their lack there of, so I am guessing it put us in the forefront of their minds.</description>
